About the Journal: MAIMS – Department of Law is pleased to announce the launch of its Bi-annual peer-reviewed Journal in the month of July 2021. As said by Albert Einstein that “Imagination is the highest form of Research”, the “MAHARAJA AGRASEN JOURNAL OF LAW” provides opportunity to transform imagination into creative knowledge. It aims to provide a forum for interdisciplinary legal research and offers intellectual space for edge-cutting critical research in the field of law.
SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH PAPERS
- Review Policy: Maharaja Agrasen Journal of Law believes in the encouragement of critical analysis and the interdisciplinary study of law. Submissions which view the subject matter from a comparative perspective shall be preferred. Therefore, the scholastic quality of the manuscript shall be the primary criterion for publication. The same shall be judged by anonymous peer review of the manuscript. However, the final discretion as to the acceptance of the manuscripts rests with the Editorial Board.
- Publication Policy: Maharaja Agrasen Journal of Law publishes original material. Therefore, manuscripts must neither be under consideration for publication in any other place at any time during the period of consideration by the Journal nor previously published. The Law Review also has a strict policy on plagiarism.
- Submission of Contributors: Contributions for the Maharaja Agrasen Journal of Law are solicited for articles, book reviews, essays, case comments and legislative comments.
