The Department of Commerce was established in 2013. It embarked on the journey intending to provide holistic development of students in academic as well as in co-curricular activities. It aims to provide a comprehensive insight into taxation, accounting, finance, laws and management. The students undergo internship programmes, research projects and skill enhancement courses which makes them ready in the corporate world. The students will gain theoretical and practical skills which are required to handle real-life situations and transform them into young budding entrepreneurs in the globalised challenging world. The department offers the programmes which help in pursuing the professional courses in future like C.A, C.S., I.C.W.A., C.F.A, M.B.A., M.Com etc.
